2 T. flour

cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

Directions:

Pour into pie shell, top with second crust and flute edges, slit vents in top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 – 50 minutes. cool pie for 5 – 10 minutes.

Invert on serving plate, serve upside down. Elegant!

**Pie Notes: The oddness of this pie instantly made me like it, and the circus of flipping it and seeing everyone’s faces at a de-panned pie with nuts and caramel oozing all over it, was exciting too!  But the flavor was absolutely incredible! I love this pie, I have made it a number of times since.

The only change I made in the recipe was switching corn starch for flour, which I always feel is superior.

Even Nik liked this pie ... And he hates everything! Nik and Jessie.
